About My Methods
Christ-centered health is simple.
I’m going to talk about a few main things here so you can get a better understanding of my methods. Here are the three things I’ll address – 1) the health framework I have built with Christ at the center, 2) the many pieces of the puzzle to health, and then we’ll bring it altogether with 3) the tools I use to help the body heal.
I recommend reading the whole page for context; it’s essential. But I understand time is an expensive commodity, so if you don’t have time, you can scroll to the bottom to read the quick summary.
1) Christ-Centered Health Framework
A few years ago, I realized that the current medical system had built a health framework devoid of God. The current medical framework was and is doctor-centered, not Christ-centered. I became convinced that true health is derived from God and that we need to live closer to the design we were made with. When God created everything in the beginning, He designed food and herbs with the full knowledge of how He designed our bodies to work. Our bodies are extremely intelligent algorithms. So, I believe that healing comes from within; we must rely on the intelligent design God gave our bodies. This is different from the current medical framework. They believe healing comes from without; man must use external tools to “fix” the body because it’s not intelligent enough to do it on its own. So when you work with me, I don’t believe your body is broken or an organ is useless. I believe that the symptoms you’re feeling or seeing in your children are the body’s way of sending out warnings that it needs help. Your body knows how to heal itself, and we can best help it to do that by removing obstacles and giving it the nutrients it needs. This is the foundation on which I choose my methods.
2) Many Pieces to the Puzzle of Health
I started my practice focusing on diet. However, as I’ve changed our diet to better match how God designed the food to be eaten, we still get sick. Not only that, but everyone has been getting sicker and sicker. Friends with miscarriages have been drastically increasing. Changing diet wasn’t enough. It’s an essential piece of the puzzle, but it’s still just one piece. So, I went on the hunt to figure out what more could be going on. And oh boy, how I found lots of other pieces to this puzzle. Let me boil it down to this: there are many environmental factors affecting our health (i.e. mold, man-made chemicals in our water, air, and food, geoengineering, man-manipulated frequencies). We are still discovering new chemicals we are being exposed to daily. So, we don’t know truly what toxins our bodies have to deal with, nonetheless how many of them get stored in our bodies. And that’s not touching the surface of what worms/parasites we’ve been carrying around for who-knows-how-long.
All of this to say, being healthy is more than eating healthy foods. With all of the ways we are playing around with God’s design, we must go on the offense to help our bodies detox. We must seek to use God’s intelligent design to remove obstacles preventing our bodies from doing what they were designed to do, and to give our bodies what they need to get their jobs done.
Quick word of encouragement…
Praise God that He created us with an intelligent design that even after getting exposed to so many toxins (from our own doing), we’re still here. Our bodies aren’t grossly distorted or mutated from the toxins, either. Our bodies have and are adapting. Praise God for His kindness and mercy in creating our bodies with the amazing ability to adapt, even without our conscious effort!!
3) Tools I Use to Help the Body Heal
Toxins don’t come without consequences, so how do we help our bodies better adapt to the toxic environment we’ve created? We must seek out how God designed our bodies to kick out the toxins and how He designed us to live in our current environment. He knew what we would be exposed to and the remedies we would need to counteract those exposures. He made us with an intelligent design, and it is my goal to seek that design out so we can learn how to better adapt to our environment. DISCLAIMER: I do not know everything. But I’ve come to settle on two simple methods, as of now, that can help you remove the obstacles from your body doing its job.
The number one thing I recommend is fasting.
There are reasons for this, but simply put, it’s the best way to use the body to heal the body.
The second thing I recommend is cleansing the liver.
There are many steps to this but if we can clean out the liver, we help the body flush out toxins more smoothly and effectively. I’m still working out how to best cleanse the liver, but I have a basic protocol to help with this until I can build a protocol that aligns with a Christ-centered framework.
Quick Summary...
I have approached health with a Christian worldview. I have built my practices philosophy and protocols on the Truth found in Scripture and in God’s intelligent design. This has landed me on two approaches to healing – 1) removing obstacles from the body doing its thing, and 2) giving the body the nutrients it needs to do its thing. The tools I’ve found to be consistent with a Christian health framework and aligns with these two approaches are fasting and liver cleansing. I believe being healthy really can be as simple as this.
